Domestic Adoption Program A - Fee Schedule

Adoptive Home Study:   $1,350.00 Prior to Home Study Process

Enrollment Fee:    $1,500.00 Prior to becoming an agency Client

Infant Adoption Program A:    $12,000.00 Total Agency Fee
$6,000.00 1/2 Agency Fee Due at Matching
$6,000.00 1/2 Agency Fee Due at Placement

Post Placements:    $350 Prior to visit

Birth Mother/Father Counseling    $60 an hour per session

Adoption Attorney Legal Fees: (Agreed upon with chosen attorney)
A reputable Adoption Attorney will complete the legal requirements; including and the Consent/ relinquishment documents and/or severance of the biological rights of birth parents.

Extraneous Costs:
(including birth mother’s medical costs, assistance with housing, etc.) These are voluntary expenses some adoptive parents may incur. Adoptive parents have the right to refuse a birth parent’s offer of adoption if the extraneous costs are not acceptable or desirable to the adoptive family.

Pre and Post Adoption counseling:    $95 an hour Payment due at session

Domestic Adoption Program B - Fee Schedule

We provide Home Study and Adoption Finalization services to prospective adoptive families who are matched with Birth mothers by referrals from friends, physicians or attorneys, therefore many of the above charges do not apply to this program option.

Home Study Certification Fee:    $1,350.00

Post Placement Fees and Adoptive Finalization Fees: Circumstance Driven

Refund Policy
Our existence is founded on the mission to help create families in Arizona. As a non-profit organization, all of our programs provide services rendered and fees paid are non-refundable at the time of payment. Exceptions are outlined in our Services Agreement.
