DOMESTIC ADOPTION PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE

Fees For Services Schedule:

Enrollment Fee: $ 1,500.00

Adoption Agency Fee:   $ 14,000.00

1/2 Agency Fee Due at Matching: $ 7,000.00                              

1/2 Agency Fee upon signature of Consents: $ 7,000.00

Birth Mother/Father Counseling:  $ 85.00 an hour

Adoption Attorney Legal Fees: Agreed upon with chosen attorney

Agency will provide the names of reputable adoption attorneys to complete the legal requirements regarding the Birth father; and to Petition the Court for the adoption.  

Post Placement fees Included in agency fee

Adoption Finalization with Court Included in agency fee

Pre and Post Adoption counseling: $ 95.00 an hour 

Extraneous Costs:

(including birth mother’s medical costs, assistance with housing, etc.) These are voluntary expenses the adoptive parents will have the right to refuse a birth parent’s offer of adoption if the extraneous costs are not acceptable or desirable to the adoptive family.  

*All fees are non refundable and subject to change if circumstances of an adoption require additional services.
